Area of Research:

Animal disease and Toxicology, focuses on the structure and function of  Capra hircus  lysosoma α-mannosidase ( ch LAM) and  Capra hircus golgi α-mannosidaseⅡ ( ch GMII), including cloning and expressing the gene, studying the character, determining active center and building the 3D structure of  ch LAM and  ch GMII. Elucidate the molecular mechanism about SW inhibits α-mannosidase.
